In loving memory of my grandfather, Jimmy Dolan of Kilbirnie in Scotland, who sadly passed away with pulmonary fibrosis on Monday 30/09/2013. Living away from my hometown, I've setup this fund in his honour with hope to raise money for awareness of this disease.
